Countingup Startup Prize Draw Terms and Conditions September 2021

  1. The new customer startup prize draw is open to invited applicants who successfully sign up for a Countingup Business Current Account and deposit funds into their account. Staff members of Counting Limited are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  2. Entry to the prize draw is achieved by successfully meeting eligibility requirements for signing up for a Countingup Business Current Account, successfully being approved and depositing funds into their account in the first calendar month.
  3. Only one entry per person. Unsolicited entries do not qualify for the draw. Prize draw is only open to new customers and you must not have an existing Countingup Business Current Account.
  4. Prize: Counting Ltd, trading as Countingup, is offering one new customer a one-time GBP £500.00 (Five hundred pounds sterling) new business Startup prize when they successfully open a Countingup Business Current Account and deposit funds into their account in the first calendar month.
  5. The prize draw is open each calendar month, with one winner of the Prize Draw being selected by the second week of the following calendar month after they successfully open a business current account. The winner will be randomly chosen using a computer programme.
  6. The winner will be notified by email by the end of the following calendar month if they successfully signed up and opened a business current account using the email address provided during their application. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize and a re-draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
  7. The winner will be published in our monthly Newsletter shortly after the prize has been claimed.
  8. If the winner is a Limited Entity, the name of the Limited Entity will be published.
  9. Please contact support@countingup.com if you object to your details being published or to reduce the amount of information published.
  10. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes (if any) due on the prize won.
  11. There is no alternative to the £500 cash prize.
  12. No responsibility will be accepted if you are prevented or restricted from participating due to a technical failure of any kind (including failure of any information technology).

  14. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
