Countingup Newsletter Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the Countingup Newsletter Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)
- The Prize Draw is open to Countingup customers who are either sole traders or limited companies (the “Customers”) that meet the following eligibility criteria:
- have a Business Current Account active on The Draw Date;
- within the month of November 2022 have made one or more valid payments of at least £50 using the Card (excluding ATM withdrawals and transfers to the Customer’s accounts at another bank or payment service provider);
- comply with Countingup’s Terms and Conditions and has not done anything that could bring Countingup into disrepute.
- are not staff members of Counting Ltd.
- Private individuals and/or Customers that do not meet the eligibility criteria at section 1 do not qualify for the Prize Draw.
- Prize: Counting Ltd, trading as Countingup, is offering one Customer a one-time GBP £500.00 (five hundred pounds sterling) prize which will be paid into the Customer’s Countingup Account, subject to these Terms.
- The winner of the Prize Draw will be randomly selected on 6 December 2022 (The Draw Date).
- The winner will be notified immediately after the Draw Date. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, Countingup will forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the received email which is awarding the prize. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
- The winner will be published in our monthly Newsletter shortly after the prize has been claimed.
- The winner’s name as sole trader or as limited company, will be published.
- Please contact support@countingup.com if you object to your details being published or to reduce the amount of information published to give evidence that the prize has been awarded.
- The winner is responsible for paying any taxes (if any) due on the prize won.
- There is no alternative to the £500 cash prize.
- No responsibility will be accepted if you are prevented or restricted from participating due to a technical failure of any kind (including failure of any information technology).
- Additional information about this Prize Draw can be obtained by emailing support@countingup.com.
- By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this Prize Draw at any time.
